General Terms of Sale.
Parties to the Contract
These General Terms of Sale ('GTS') govern any purchase made on sacredvow.app between Sacred Vow ('the Seller') and any individual or entity making a purchase ('the Customer').
By completing a purchase, the Customer accepts these GTS in full.
Service Description
Sacred Vow provides digital wedding invitation services, including:
- Access to premium, customisable wedding invitation templates
- A guest RSVP management dashboard
- Optional features: envelope animations, background music, custom RSVP questions, multiple events, and data export
Pricing
All prices are in Tunisian Dinar (TND) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is a one-time fee — there is no recurring subscription.

Payment
Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Digital wallets where supported
- Bank transfer (on request)
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided the invitation has not been published and shared with guests. Once published, the service is considered delivered.
Intellectual Property
All template designs, animations, and platform code are the exclusive property of Sacred Vow. The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for creating and sharing their personal wedding invitation.
Limitation of Liability
Sacred Vow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific plan.
